The apartment consists of two bedrooms a bathroom and a main living/kitchen/dining area.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The room has a separate air conditioning/heating unit and a door leading to the balcony. With the blinds open you can lie in bed and look out to the Black Sea.

Bedroom 2

This room has bunk beds and a wardrobe. A door leads out onto the balcony.

Kitchen area

The kitchen area is well equipped with a kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge, oven, hob and extractor. All the usual cooking equipment is available along with plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery.

Dining and living area

This area has a door leading to the balcony and a separate air conditioning and heating unit. The dining area has a table and chairs capable of seating up to six people. The main living area has a double sofa bed, coffee table and chairs. Chairs and a table are also available for the balcony.

Facilities

Facilities on the site include a large swimming pool (12m x 5m), a Jacuzzi, sauna and a small gym. The gym currently has an exercise bike, running machine and a multi-gym weight training station.

There is ample secure parking to the rear of the building.

Rental rates

Rental rates range from £150 per week at low season to £250 per week in high season. Submit a contact form giving your preferred date of travel and we will give you details of the rates. The apartment will be cleaned with the beds made prior to your arrival and will be cleaned after you leave. If you are staying for more than 1 week a cleaner will visit once a week to change the bed linen and the towels. The rental rates do not include transfers to and from Varna airport.
